THE S30 DIFFERENCE

S30 training is about participating in a fun but challenging partner based workout in a completely unique environment. We strive to provide balanced and continuously progressive training protocols that cover dense strength, hybrid conditioning and form and technique.

  • WEIGHT, TEMPO, TIME

We pride ourselves on delivering a true weight room experience on lifting days, focussing on upper, lower and full body splits to aid in properly developing size and strength through progressive overload. Think dropsets, supersets, isolation and accessory work, with a focus on mobility, technique, bracing and stability. Adding tempo to drive muscle development through increased time under tension.

  • HYBRID CONDITIONING

Speed, power, endurance. Hybrid conditioning attacks both anaerobic and aerobic capacity by incorporating EMOM's, AMRAP's, chippers and intervals across any combination of gymnastics, bodyweight, machine and explosive barbell movements.

  • PERCENTAGE BASED TRAINING

A goal without a plan is just a wish. At S30, our programmes are built around progressive percentage based training, where we regularly benchmark movements and provide members with individual, custom percentage driven programs to give them a clear pathway to increasing metabolic conditioning, strength and endurance across each training block. We also assess and adjust programs along the way, so your journey is completely unique.

  • TECHNIQUE & COACHING

We take technique seriously at S30. From learning to perform the big compound lifts safely, to moving through bodyweight exercises with greater efficiency, we are all about getting the basics right. Our coaches will assess your movement patterns, identify and areas that need work and regress any exercises so that you can learn to complete all movements with absolute confidence.
